Wear and Tear of Screen Surface
Regularly inspect the wear condition of the screen surface and replace it promptly if significant wear is found. Choose appropriate screen surface material and aperture size to extend the service life of the screen surface.
Screen Mesh Clogging
Stop the vibrating screen and disconnect the power supply. Use a cleaning brush, air gun, or compressed air to gently remove the clogged material from the screen mesh. Regularly clean the screen mesh to avoid material accumulation.
Unstable Vibration
Check if the vibrator is securely installed and ensure it is fixed in the correct position. Inspect the power connection of the vibrator to ensure it is normal and the electrical connection is stable. Adjust the vibrating force and frequency of the vibrator as needed for fine-tuning to ensure stable vibration.
Excessive Noise from Vibrating Screen
Check if the screen box, vibrator, and other connecting parts are securely fastened, and tighten any loose parts. Inspect for worn or damaged components and replace them promptly if necessary. Regularly lubricate moving parts to reduce friction and noise.
Electrical problem
Check if the power supply is normal and ensure the electrical connections are secure. Inspect electrical components such as fuses and switches for damage, and replace any damaged parts as needed. Check if the motor is overloaded or overheating, and perform cooling or adjustment as required.
