Structural Features of the CMK Series Gyratory Crushers:

1. Deep Chamber Design
   The deep V-shaped crushing chamber and extended feed opening design offer a larger feed opening size, enabling smoother material passage through the crushing chamber for continuous crushing. This results in high processing capacity, efficient crushing, a large crushing ratio, uniform product particle size, convenient maintenance, reduced wear on liners, and low operating costs.

2. High Degree of Automation
   Equipped with a spindle positioning control system, the spindle can be easily adjusted to compensate for liner wear and control product particle size.

3. Balancing Cylinder System
   The balancing cylinder system prevents spindle runout. In case of overload, the spindle can automatically descend, mitigating the impact on the equipment when handling oversized materials, thus ensuring safe and stable operation.

4. Positive Pressure Dust Prevention System
   The integrated positive pressure dust prevention system effectively prevents dust from entering the eccentric and transmission mechanisms of the equipment, protecting the lubricants from contamination and extending the overall service life of the machine.
